Why I started
Growth Engine Ops
I've built my career across financial services, energy, retail, automotive and e‑commerce, leading teams in sales, service, customer experience and IT. My focus has consistently been on driving change, introducing new technology and strengthening operations. I'm often brought in when a business is growing faster than its infrastructure, or when revenue growth isn't matching operational complexity. In those situations, I ensure systems, processes and integrations scale at the right pace—supporting the business commercially while keeping solutions practical and affordable.
But what I kept seeing, again and again, were small business owners doing it all themselves — brilliant at their craft, absolutely drowning in everything else. They couldn't afford a full-time ops hire. And the consultants they could find either charged the earth, delivered a PowerPoint, and left — or sent in a junior who didn't really understand their world.
So I started Growth Engine Ops. Because I genuinely believe every business owner deserves a dedicated partner in their corner — someone who shows up, sleeves rolled up, and actually does the work.
